Agencies that meet the support requirements-such as visiting the festival venue and tourist attractions, and providing meals-will receive 500,000 won per bus if they attract a minimum number of participants.
The support is available to travel agencies outside North Jeolla Province that bring at least 30 domestic tourists, and to agencies nationwide-including those in North Jeolla Province-that bring at least 15 foreign tourists. The requirements have been updated to include one meal at the festival venue and an extension of the minimum stay from two to three hours, allowing visitors to enjoy more sights and food.
To receive the incentive, travel agencies must submit a preliminary plan to the county and, within 15 days after the trip, submit a payment application and supporting documents. Detailed information can be found on the Imsil County website under the public notices section.
