Webzen to Officially Launch 'R2 Origin', a Reimagined Steady-Seller IP, on the 25th

Webzen announced on September 17 that its new massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) 'R2 Origin' will officially launch on the 25th.
'R2 Origin' is a new interpretation of the original R2, recreated using Unreal Engine 5. The game features enhanced graphics for the main settings and characters from the original, while introducing new content for added enjoyment.
Specifically, new instance dungeons such as the growth-based challenge content 'Tower of Overcoming' have been added. The 'Fame System' has also been implemented, providing rewards based on in-game progress such as level and achievements. In addition, the 'Chaos Dungeon' allows for cross-server competitive play.
Last month, Webzen launched the official 'R2 Origin' brand website and released game information. The company also held a character name reservation event. Currently, pre-registration is underway on the brand website, Google Play, and Kakao Games page.
