This agreement is noteworthy in that it goes beyond simple exchanges, institutionalizing the promotion of joint projects and a sustainable cooperation model.

The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Kyunghwan, Standing Advisor of the Central Committee, Moon Okhwa and Park Sungjin, Senior Vice Presidents, as well as Park Kwangmin, Kim Juhan, Kim Hyunju, and Song Gibong, Presidents of the General Federation. On the same day, the Central Committee appointed Park Kwangmin and Kim Juhan as advisors, and Kim Hyunju and Song Gibong as advisory committee members, establishing a permanent consultation and advisory system.

This agreement consists of six articles: ▲sharing of capabilities and strengthening expertise between the two organizations (Article 1), ▲sustained cooperation based on trust and integrity (Article 2), ▲faithful implementation of agreed matters (Article 3), ▲adherence to the principle of confidentiality (Article 4), ▲guaranteeing the continued validity of the agreement (Article 5), and ▲adjustment of other matters through mutual consultation (Article 6).

Based on this agreement, both organizations are expected to pursue a variety of practical cooperative projects.

Joint Entry into Overseas Korean Markets: By leveraging networks of supermarkets and food stores in Korean-populated areas such as the United States, China, and Southeast Asia, the organizations will support the expansion of domestic food and liquor brands into overseas markets.

Hosting Cultural and Economic Exchange Events: To strengthen the identity and promote exchanges within the Korean community, the organizations will jointly host international food expos, liquor festivals, and business networking events.

Establishing a Youth Startup Support Platform: The organizations will lay the groundwork for new growth by creating mentoring programs and joint funds to support the entrepreneurship and advancement of second-generation Korean youth.

Developing a Distribution and Logistics Cooperation System: By securing a joint distribution network that links online and offline channels and introducing logistics efficiency systems, both organizations aim to reduce costs and increase sales for their member companies.

Looking ahead, the two organizations stated, "With this agreement, we will connect the capabilities of the Korean community to the global market," adding, "We aim to contribute not only to economic benefits but also to strengthening the status of the Korean community and building a sustainable network."

This agreement is significant not only as a formal document, but also because it outlines concrete joint projects such as overseas expansion, cultural exchange, and youth startup support. Attention is now focused on how the two organizations will realize their role as the 'economic hub' of the Korean community.
