Hongcheon County Completes Galmagok District Urban Planning Road Construction... Opening Ceremony on the 23rd
Hongcheon County in Gangwon Province (Governor Shin Youngjae) announced on September 16 that the construction of the Galmagok District Urban Planning Road, located at 23-162 Galmagok-ri, Hongcheon-eup, has been completed and that an opening ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on September 23.

View original imageThe Galmagok District Urban Planning Road was completed with a total project cost of 15.64 billion won, featuring a width of 15 to 21 meters and a total length of 1,052.6 meters.
Hongcheon County undertook this project to promote balanced regional development and to alleviate transportation inconveniences in the area.
With the opening of the Galmagok District Urban Planning Road, the county expects improved traffic flow and greater convenience for residents traveling in and around the Galmagok-ri area.
