World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler (USA) showcased his exceptional skills on a different level.

On September 14 (local time), Scheffler claimed victory at the first event of the PGA Tour Fall Series, the Procore Championship (total prize money of $6 million), held at Silverado Resort North Course (par 72, 7,138 yards) in Napa, California, USA. This marks his sixth win of the season and the 19th of his career. Although the Fall Series typically features players ranked 51st or lower in the FedExCup standings, Scheffler participated to prepare for the Ryder Cup, the men's golf competition between the United States and Europe.

After securing seven wins last season, Scheffler has now achieved at least six wins for two consecutive years. Over the past 40 years, only Tiger Woods, known as the "Emperor of Golf," and now Scheffler have accomplished this feat. In this tournament, he started tied for 38th on the first day and completed a dramatic comeback.

His iron shots were outstanding. He included the TaylorMade P7TW irons in his caddie bag, a model renowned for its excellent distance and forgiveness. On the final day, Scheffler recorded a greens-in-regulation rate of 94.44% (tied for first), collecting six birdies (with one bogey).
