Public outrage has erupted after a group of teenagers riding bicycles was caught occupying the middle of the road and performing stunts that disrupted traffic. According to reports, these individuals, believed to be elementary and middle school students in the Baebang-eup area of Asan City, Chungnam Province, are causing problems by riding bicycles during the day and motorcycles at night.

On September 15, a post titled "Bicycle Squad Students in Baebang-eup, Asan: Occupying Roads and Even Swearing, Notorious Behavior" was uploaded to an online community.

In the video, a group of teenagers can be seen riding bicycles while blocking three lanes, swerving left and right in a reckless manner. Late at night, they are also seen riding motorcycles in circles at intersections with red lights, threatening vehicles.

The person who reported the incident stated, "They not only ignore traffic signals and threaten vehicles and pedestrians, but also verbally abuse women, make offensive gestures, and use foul language toward the police, causing significant anxiety among local residents." The informant added, "A concentrated crackdown by the Asan City police, along with fundamental measures through cooperation between schools and families, is urgently needed."
