22 Organizations Selected
Anticipation for Establishing a More Livable Residential Culture
Ulsan City has announced its support for activities aimed at fostering a vibrant apartment community culture among residents of multi-family housing complexes.
On September 8, the city held the review committee for the "2025 Multi-Family Housing Community Revitalization Support Project" and selected a total of 22 organizations as final beneficiaries.
This support project, which Ulsan City is implementing for the first time this year, aims to promote communication and harmony among residents within apartment complexes and to encourage voluntary community activities.
Starting in August, Ulsan City accepted applications for the project. The review process comprehensively evaluated each proposal based on participation, appropriateness, specificity, and sustainability.
As a result of the review, 22 organizations, including the Diahchae Volunteer Group at Jungsan Diahchae Apartment in Buk-gu, were selected.
The support amount is up to 5 million won per organization, with a total of 99 million won to be distributed this year.
The selected projects include: 10 music concerts and community events to promote communication and harmony among apartment residents; 8 eco-friendly product-making and health experience activities; 3 film festivals; and 1 garden creation project, such as planting flowers.
Ulsan City will notify each organization of the selection results and plans to hold an accounting training session and project briefing on September 16. The selected organizations will carry out their projects through the end of this year.
A city official stated, "We expect the Multi-Family Housing Community Revitalization Support Project to play a major role in spreading a culture of communal living through voluntary resident participation," adding, "We will continue to actively support efforts to improve quality of life and create a more livable apartment culture."
