On September 12, at the export-import customs building of Incheon Airport Customs, an Incheon Airport Customs officer is displaying goods, including gold products, that were disguised as Korean-made for indirect export. Incheon Airport Customs uncovered seven companies that had falsified certificates of origin for gold processed products worth 283.9 billion won, falsely labeling them as Korean-made to circumvent the high tariffs imposed by the United States on gold processed products from China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, and indirectly exporting them to the United States.
