Daejeon Mayor Lee Jangwoo Vows to Boost Morale and Pride of Social Welfare Workers
2025 Daejeon Social Welfare Conference Held
The Daejeon Metropolitan Council on Social Welfare, chaired by Kim Hyunchae, held the "2025 Daejeon Social Welfare Conference" at the Pyeongsong Youth Culture Center in Seo-gu on the afternoon of September 11.
This event was organized to commemorate the 26th Social Welfare Day and was attended by over 500 people, including officials from related social welfare organizations, representatives from related institutions, and citizens.
Key figures, including Lee Jangwoo, Mayor of Daejeon, Seol Dongho, Superintendent of Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education, Hwang Kyunga, Vice Chairperson of the Daejeon Metropolitan Council, and Lee Hanyeong, member of the Daejeon Metropolitan Council, attended the event to recognize and encourage the dedication of local social welfare professionals.
