Com2uS Launches 'Starseed' in the Home of Subculture, Japan
Targeting Japanese Users with Optimized Content
New Music Video Released for 'Starseed' Main Theme
Com2uS announced on September 11 that 'Starseed: Asnia Trigger' has officially launched its service in Japan.
'Starseed' is an artificial intelligence (AI) anime-style character collection role-playing game (RPG) developed by Joycity and serviced globally by Com2uS. Set in a future where only AI girls remain after the extinction of humanity, players team up with unique AI girls called 'Proxians' to unravel the mysteries of the world.
The game was first launched last year in South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan, where it reached the number one spot on Google’s popular games chart thanks to its captivating character collection and development, as well as its easy-to-use combat system. With this launch, it is now available on app markets in Japan as well.
Com2uS is targeting Japan, the home of subculture, with a variety of content optimized for Japanese users’ preferences. In addition to localizing the story and world-building, the company has adapted the unique character interaction system-one of 'Starseed’s' key strengths-for the Japanese market.
