Dong-A University Graduate School of Education Selects Professor Yuchae Eun as Outstanding Teacher for Pre-Service Teacher Training

The Graduate School of Education at Dong-A University (Dean Jo Gyupan) announced that Professor Yuchae Eun, specializing in psychological therapy, has been selected as the "Outstanding Teacher for Pre-Service Teacher Training" for the first semester of the 2025 academic year, and has been awarded a certificate and a cash prize.

The "Outstanding Teacher for Pre-Service Teacher Training" award is implemented to strengthen the educational capabilities of teacher training institutions. Each semester, one instructor who receives the highest evaluation among the courses subject to teaching assessments is selected for the award.

Professor Yuchae Eun was responsible for three courses: Counseling Ethics, Family and Couple Counseling, and Counseling Practicum and Case Studies. She dedicated herself to pre-service teacher training and received near-perfect scores in all categories of the teaching evaluation.

Professor Eun stated, "I believe my focus on providing practical lectures that can be immediately applied in clinical settings led to positive evaluations," and added, "I will continue to strive to offer classes that go beyond theory and can be utilized in real-world situations."

Dean Jo Gyupan of the Graduate School of Education remarked, "As an institution for pre-service teacher training, Dong-A University Graduate School of Education will do its utmost to enhance the educational and research capabilities of our graduate students."
