This camp is a talent development program designed to help certified public accountants demonstrate leadership in various fields for the public good as experts, and to actively participate in policy-making and decision-making processes. In particular, the strong enthusiasm from young certified public accountants led to early closure of the application process.

The camp operates on a semester basis. Top experts in their respective fields, including legislative officials from the National Assembly, lawmakers, heads of local governments, and professors of political science, will serve as instructors. During the first semester (September to December), lectures and discussions will be held on topics such as understanding the Korean political system, changes in the international political order, the National Assembly and the legislative process, inter-party relations and current political issues, fiscal policy and the role of certified public accountants, and understanding the local political system.

The second semester (April to May 2026) will focus on practical training, including topics such as women in politics and legislative activities, election and media strategies, image-making as a public policy leader, group policy project presentations and feedback, mock policy presentations, and a graduation ceremony. The program will also include instructor mentoring and processes to deepen and assess participants' policy proposal capabilities. Certificates of completion will be awarded, and outstanding participants will receive commendations and scholarships.

Choi Woonyeol, President of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants, stated, "In the rapidly changing international and domestic political environment, it is essential for certified public accountants to develop the professional capabilities needed to contribute to policy-making based on their expertise," adding, "Through this camp, we aim to nurture leaders who will spread accounting transparency throughout society, grounded in accounting expertise."
