The "AIbility Academy" is an extension of these initiatives, designed to spread AI trends within the company and enhance employees' digital capabilities and practical AI skills through specialized training.

The training program began with the first session for headquarters employees on September 11 and will continue until October 22, with 30 participants per session, totaling seven sessions.

The curriculum is practice-oriented and immediately applicable to daily work, covering topics such as understanding AI tools and prompt engineering, data collection/analysis and report/planning writing, as well as video and image production and multimedia utilization.

After completing the training for headquarters employees, the program will be expanded to branch staff. In the future, outstanding participants from both headquarters and branch training sessions will be selected for an advanced course aimed at developing in-house AI expert instructors.

Ruo Zefeng, CEO of Yuanta Securities, stated, "The 'AIbility Academy' goes beyond a simple training program and will serve as a foundation for company-wide work innovation through AI utilization," adding, "We will establish an organizational culture that embraces AI, improve work efficiency, and enhance our overall business competitiveness."
