Launching a Strategic Training Program
Headquarters Training Until October, Followed by Regional Branch Sessions
Starting from September 11, Yuanta Securities has launched and is operating a new strategic training program, the "AIbility Academy" (AI+Ability), to enhance the practical artificial intelligence (AI) skills of all employees.
With the motto of "AI-Driven Management," Yuanta Securities has been driving innovation based on AI technology, including the recent introduction of an in-house chatbot system and the launch of the generative AI investment information service "YU:AI" on T-Rader M.

View original imageThe "AIbility Academy" is an extension of these initiatives, designed to spread AI trends within the company and enhance employees' digital capabilities and practical AI skills through specialized training.
The training program began with the first session for headquarters employees on September 11 and will continue until October 22, with 30 participants per session, totaling seven sessions.
The curriculum is practice-oriented and immediately applicable to daily work, covering topics such as understanding AI tools and prompt engineering, data collection/analysis and report/planning writing, as well as video and image production and multimedia utilization.
After completing the training for headquarters employees, the program will be expanded to branch staff. In the future, outstanding participants from both headquarters and branch training sessions will be selected for an advanced course aimed at developing in-house AI expert instructors.
