Emart Stores Offering Baemin Mart & Shopping Services Expanded to 61 Locations
30,000 Emart Orders Placed Through Baemin App Last Month
"Rising Demand for Delivery of Supermarket and SSM Products"
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baemin, announced on September 11 that it has expanded the number of Emart stores offering Baemin Delivery services through Baemin Mart & Shopping to a total of 61 locations this month.
Emart first joined Baemin Mart & Shopping in November last year, starting with four stores including Wangsimni and Guro, and has steadily increased the number of participating branches since then. The number of monthly Emart orders placed through the Baemin App has surpassed 30,000.
Currently, Baemin's Mart & Shopping service features major supermarket chains such as Emart and Homeplus, as well as corporate supermarkets and convenience store brands including Homeplus Express, Emart Everyday, GS The Fresh, CU, and GS25.
To celebrate the expansion of Emart Baemin Delivery stores, Baemin will offer free delivery to customers who make purchases of 30,000 won or more from September 11 to 21. In addition, customers will receive discount coupons worth up to 10,000 won depending on their purchase amount. For purchases of 50,000 won or more, a physical 'Emarticon' coupon, which can be used at Emart offline stores, will be provided along with the ordered products.
