The Yangsan Branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor (headed by Kwon Guhyung) and the Gyeongnam Eastern Branch of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (headed by Shim Yeonseop) conducted 'Safe Workplace Project' safety and health training for local high-risk workplaces and construction sites on September 10.

View original imageThis training was organized to strengthen the autonomous safety and health management capabilities of workplaces and to promote a culture of industrial accident prevention throughout the local community, based on compliance with the '12 Key Safety Rules' for the prevention of the 'Five Major Serious Accidents' (falls, collisions, entrapment, fires and explosions, and suffocation).
At the training site, the government’s policy objectives and key details were shared, and cases of accidents that occurred in the region were analyzed by type to emphasize preventive measures that can be immediately applied in the field.
