Proving Racing Technology Prowess
Kumho Tire, led by CEO Jeong Iltaek, sponsored the Kumho SL Motorsports Team, managed by Director Shin Younghak, which claimed victory in the sixth round of the Superrace, proving its prowess in racing technology.
On the 7th, at the 2025 One Superrace Championship Toyota Gazoo Racing 6000 Class Round 6 held at Inje Speedium, Gangwon Province, Kumho Tire-sponsored "Kumho SL Motorsport Team" driver Noh Donggi took first place. View original imageOn September 7, at the Inje Speedium in Inje County, Gangwon Province, Kumho SL Motorsports Team driver Noh Donggi finished first in the 6th round of the 2025 O-NE Superrace Championship Toyota Gazoo Racing 6000 Class, crossing the finish line with a record of 1 hour, 8 minutes, and 14.393 seconds over 40 laps.
Noh Donggi also placed first in the qualifying round the previous day, achieving a "Pole to Win" by maintaining the top spot in both qualifying and the final. In addition, during this event, he broke the Inje Speedium course record (1 minute 35.239 seconds) for the first time in five years, demonstrating a stable and solid racing performance.
After his victory, Noh Donggi said, "I was able to win thanks to the support of my director, teammates, and Kumho Tire. I am very pleased to have set a new record after five years, and I will do my best to continue delivering unwavering performances in the remaining races."
Meanwhile, the Kumho SL Motorsports Team also took first place in the fifth round of the Superrace held at Inje Speedium in August, further demonstrating their strong determination to win the championship.
