During the meeting, the presidents of the provincial and city-county councils exchanged opinions with Governor Kim Youngrok on the direction the council should take to improve the quality of life for local residents and advance community development.
In particular, they contributed to the spirit of sharing and solidarity by donating 7 million won in flood recovery funds to Jeonnam Province to help local residents who recently suffered significant damage from heavy rainfall.
Park Jooyoung, President of the Jeonnam Council of the Barun Living Movement, said, "The council has come together to share the pain of the residents," and added, "We will continue to overcome challenges together with the local community and further spread the movement for right living."
