5,512 Units to Go on Sale in 10 Complexes Nationwide in the Second Week of September [Real Estate AtoZ] 원본보기 아이콘

Next week, 5,512 housing units will begin sales across 10 complexes nationwide.


According to Real Estate R114 on September 6, a total of 5,512 units (3,215 general sale units) will be supplied in 10 complexes nationwide during the second week of September. This represents a decrease of 3,865 units compared to the previous week's 9,377 units.


The complexes launching sales include "Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2" in Budae-dong, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do; "Mangpo Station Prugio Le Mark" in Yeongtong-dong, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do; and "Doosan We've the Central Dohwa" in Dohwa-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, among others.


Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2 is being developed in Budae-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, with 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement levels to 34 floors above ground, totaling 1,222 units. Of these, 977 units will be offered for general sale, excluding 245 units designated for rental.


The area around Seongseong Lake Park, including Budae District as well as Seongseong, Buseong, and Upseong Districts, is undergoing urban development projects and is expected to emerge as a new residential area. The opening of Buseong Station on Subway Line 1 is targeted for 2029, which is anticipated to improve public transportation convenience. In addition, an elementary school site is planned to be established in front of the complex.


In Seoul, sales will take place at two small-scale complexes. Yeongdeungpo-gu's "Daebang Station Yeouido The Road Castle" (46 units) and Mapo-gu's "Hongdae Entrance Station Central Arte Haemoro" (52 units) will be accepting first-priority applications.
