Buan Arts Center to Offer Free Screening of 'High Five' on September 18

Buan Arts Center in North Jeolla Province announced on September 5 that it will offer two free screenings of the movie 'High Five' at the Buan Arts Center performance hall on September 18, at 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The movie 'High Five' is a comic action film that tells the story of five individuals who, after receiving organ transplants, unexpectedly acquire unique superpowers and must confront those who covet their abilities.
The story follows five people who each receive a heart, lungs, kidney, liver, and cornea from a mysterious organ donor. Along with their restored health, they gain unexpected superpowers as a bonus.
Meanwhile, the film also depicts how these five join forces to confront Youngchun, a Protestant cult leader who has received a pancreas transplant and gained special powers, aspiring to become an absolute being. The movie features a cast of distinctive actors including Lee Jaein, Ahn Jaehong, Ra Miran, Kim Heewon, Oh Jungse, and Shin Goo, who performed their own action scenes, enhancing the film's immersion.
An official from the county stated, "We offer free movie screenings every month, and we hope that residents can easily enjoy the latest films and spend enjoyable time with family and friends. We will continue to provide a variety of cultural programs to improve the quality of life for our residents."

The movie is rated for ages 15 and older, and up to 499 people per screening can enter on a first-come, first-served basis without prior reservation. The runtime is 119 minutes. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the performance hall.
