The campaign was organized to reduce the use of disposable products and to promote a culture of resource circulation. Around 50 participants, including county officials and members of the Pureun Gokseong 21 Action Council, took part in the event.
Participants encouraged visitors to the traditional market to use shopping bags instead of plastic bags. They also promoted the reduction of single-use products by putting up banners and distributing shopping bags, actively raising awareness.
At the event, County Governor Jo Sangrae emphasized, "Reducing the use of disposable products starts with small actions from each of us. Let’s make using shopping bags a part of our daily lives and work together to create a clean and sustainable Gokseong."
