Geumsan County to Complete Atopy Natural Healing Village with 200 Households by 2030
Relevant Procedures Underway, Including Review by the Balanced Development Committee
Once the Atopy Natural Healing Village project for atopic dermatitis patients and their families, promoted by Geumsan County, is completed in 2030, it will feature approximately 200 eco-friendly health residences.
Geumsan County announced that the Atopy Natural Healing Village project for atopic dermatitis patients and their families is progressing smoothly, faithfully following all related procedures, including the review by the Balanced Development Committee.
This project is divided into four phases: Phase 1, the renovation of the Atopy Natural Healing Village, and Phase 2, the establishment of a healing-oriented rural study hub, have already begun construction and are currently underway.
Phase 3 was selected in May for the Local Vitality Town contest and has entered the full-scale preparation stage, while Phase 4 will be promoted as a balanced development project after undergoing a review.
The county has systematically designed the project with the goal of providing a pleasant healing space for atopic dermatitis patients and their families, while also revitalizing the local economy and promoting balanced development. During this review, the feasibility and sustainability of the project are being thoroughly examined.
Going forward, the Atopy Natural Healing Village project will be carried out in cooperation with the local community, aiming to simultaneously improve public health and achieve sustainable regional development.
