Koscom to Recruit New and Experienced Employees in the Second Half of the Year
Koscom will begin recruiting new and experienced employees in the second half of the year.
On September 3, Koscom announced that it will be hiring both new and experienced employees in order to secure outstanding talent who can lead the future of IT infrastructure in the capital markets and respond to the rapidly changing financial environment.
New employees will be recruited in a total of three areas: IT, management, and accounting. However, for the accounting field, only those who hold a Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA) certificate are eligible to apply.
Experienced employees will be recruited in a total of four areas: certified public accountants, PowerBASE sales, media relations and external cooperation, and generative AI-based service development. Experts in each field are being sought.
Technical staff will be recruited for one area: computer room system operation and management. After joining, employees will work in shifts at either the Seoul (Yeouido) or Busan Center.
There are no restrictions on gender, educational background, or major for eligibility. However, applicants must be able to work full-time starting from the expected employment date of January 1, 2026. In the case of male applicants, they must have completed their military service or be exempt.
Applications can be submitted until 5:00 p.m. on the 15th (Monday), and duplicate applications for multiple job categories or fields are not allowed.
