The Sangmu Center promoted practical programs for young people aged 15 to 39, including career exploration, resume and interview coaching, personal branding and color diagnosis, and job readiness training. In addition, it provided customized policy-linked services such as information on youth policies, job training, and startup support programs, so that young people could access a wide range of information they need, from job preparation to skill development, directly at the venue.
The Youth Growth Project is a program jointly operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the city of Gwangju to support unemployed youth aged 15 to 39 so that they do not give up on their job search. As part of this project, the Gwangju Youth Job Station offers a variety of services to support employment, entrepreneurship, and daily life recovery, helping young people enter the labor market.
