RECIPE stands for five key principles: adding a spoonful of smiles for warm greetings; sifting out favoritism to leave only fairness; kneading each other's perspectives to align honestly; baking the day with kind words instead of hurtful ones; and serving only principles, ensuring a clean plate without any injustice.
In particular, since taking office, CEO Jang has selected 'Ethical Management' as one of the four core values to realize the new vision of 'A Future Financial Partner Soaring with Customers.' This campaign is part of efforts to share and practice these core values together with employees.
CEO Jang emphasized, "Ethical management is a core value pursued by NH Nonghyup Capital and a basic principle that all employees should practice in their daily work. Through this campaign, I hope we will bake honesty, share trust and warm greetings, and create a healthier organizational culture together."
