Yongin City Recruiting Companies for "Excellent Job Creation Company Certification"
Priority Access to Business Support Programs and Other Benefits
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting companies for the "2025 Excellent Job Creation Company Certification" program, aiming to discover local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have contributed to job expansion.
Eligible applicants are SMEs with more than 5 but fewer than 300 employees, whose headquarters, branches, or factories have been located in Yongin for at least one year and have been in operation for at least two years. In addition, companies must have achieved an employment growth rate of 5% or higher and increased their workforce by at least 3 to 5 people.
The city will conduct a comprehensive evaluation focusing on three areas: sound management, employment growth, and employment environment stability. The selection will also reflect records of hiring local talent and individuals from vulnerable employment groups, and certified companies will be announced next month.
Selected companies will receive various benefits, including: ▲ a certificate and plaque ▲ additional points for participation in job creation projects such as youth employment initiatives ▲ priority access to business support programs ▲ one year of free use of traditional markets and public parking lots ▲ and a one-year deferment of local tax audits.
