Jeollanam-do will be accepting applications for new beneficiaries of the 2025 Newlywed Couples and Families with Multiple Children Housing Support Program until October 17.
The Newlywed Couples and Families with Multiple Children Housing Support Program is a policy that provides up to 250,000 won per month for a maximum of 36 months to cover part of the mortgage interest for newlywed couples without a home and families with two or more children residing in Jeollanam-do.
Eligible applicants are newlywed couples and families with multiple children who do not own a home, and all household members must be registered residents of Jeollanam-do as of the application date. Applicants must also pass the loan screening for eligible products offered by institutions such as the Korea Housing Finance Corporation.
The income criteria are as follows: for newlywed couples, the combined annual income must not exceed 85 million won, and for families with multiple children, it must not exceed 100 million won.
Eligible homes are properties in Jeollanam-do purchased between October 1, 2024, and September 30 of this year, with a purchase price of 600 million won or less. There are no restrictions on the size of the property. This year, a total of 450 households will be newly selected, and the number of beneficiaries in each city and county will be determined separately based on the application status.
