FSN: "Boosters Achieves Record Annual Performance Ahead of Schedule"
FSN announced on August 29 that its subsidiary Boosters achieved record-breaking annual revenue and operating profit in just seven months, surpassing all previous company records. The company also expects to easily exceed its annual targets of 195.5 billion won in revenue and 33 billion won in operating profit set for this year.
As of the July 2025 fiscal closing, Boosters recorded cumulative consolidated revenue of 112.5 billion won and operating profit of 22.5 billion won. Compared to the same period last year, revenue increased by approximately 77.1 billion won (218%), and operating profit rose by about 19.8 billion won (737%). Within just seven months, the company outperformed its previous annual record set last year. With this cumulative operating profit, Boosters is expected to surpass its annual target for the year.
Boosters, which achieved its highest-ever first-half results, continued its stable growth trajectory by recording consolidated revenue of 16 billion won in July, a traditionally slow season for fashion and shoe brands.
Boosters has established a structure that ensures steady performance with no off-season, thanks to well-balanced brand partnerships. As demand from most partner brands is expected to rise significantly in the third quarter, the company anticipates strong performance growth in the second half of the year.
The company is also actively expanding into the K-beauty sector, where it demonstrates strong competitiveness in the global market. Boosters is currently considering collaborations with beauty tech and beauty brands that offer differentiated functionalities.
Additionally, by acquiring a 100% stake in Daedamo.com, the operator of the hair loss medical community 'Daedamo,' Boosters has strengthened both its stable profit base and its potential for long-term growth.
