Paul Bassett Launches Seven New Menu Items Featuring Fresh Jeju Matcha
Expanded Matcha Lineup Returns After Season's End
Responding to Customer Demand with New Recipes
On August 29, it was announced that Paul Bassett, a specialty coffee shop operated by MZ Seed, an affiliate of Maeil Dairies, will launch seven new matcha menu items.
Paul Bassett decided to reintroduce its matcha menu with a variety of new recipes in response to continuous customer requests after the end of the spring matcha season. The new menu features a richer matcha flavor by using freshly harvested matcha from Jeju Island.
The newly launched items include "Jeju Matcha Latte" and "Jeju Matcha Ice Cream," as well as the new "Jeju Matcha Affogato," which combines milk ice cream with matcha sauce. The "Jeju Matcha Red Bean Frappe" is topped with red beans and ice cream over a matcha frappe. Other offerings include the "Jeju Matcha Caf? Latte" with espresso, "Jeju Matcha Ice Cream Latte," and "Jeju Matcha Ice Cream Dessert Cup."
