'Hwaseong Arts Festival' to Be Held at Gungpyeong Port, Hwaseong on August 29-30
The 21st Hwaseong Arts Festival will be held over two days, from August 29 to 30, at Gungpyeong Port in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province.
This event, hosted by the Hwaseong branch of the Korea Federation of Arts and Culture Organizations, brings together local artists from various fields to showcase their works. The festival will feature performances such as dance, music, and theater; exhibitions including poetry and painting displays and photo exhibitions; and hands-on programs such as writing contests, poetry recitations, and drawing activities.
The festival will kick off with a pre-event on August 29. The opening ceremony on August 30 will be hosted by MCs Joo Byungseon and Jung Hayoung, with invited singers Saranggwa Pyeonghwa, Lee Jinkwan, and Kim Sia performing.
