"Slam Dunk New Edition" to Launch on Naver Webtoon
Digital Release Begins at Midnight on the 29th
Naver Webtoon announced on August 28 that it will launch the digital edition of Takehiko Inoue's basketball manga "Slam Dunk New Edition" for the first time in Korea, starting at midnight on August 29.
This work, which was published in Japan in June, will be available exclusively on Naver Webtoon for two months, and will continue to be offered as a standalone volume on Naver Series.
"Slam Dunk New Edition" is a total of twenty volumes, newly restructured by Inoue himself. While maintaining the content of the original thirty-one volumes, the number of volumes has been compressed to better fit the story's flow. All covers have been replaced with new color illustrations, drawing attention from fans.
Naver Series is running a promotion until October 28, offering a 10% payback in cookies when purchasing the complete set of standalone volumes.
