Support Gijang County in the Korea SNS Awards
September 1?12
Gijang County (Governor Jeong Jongbok) announced on August 27 that it will hold a “Voting Verification SNS Event” from September 1 to 12 to encourage residents to participate as the county competes in the 15th Korea SNS Awards.
The “Korea SNS Awards” is organized by the Korea Social Content Promotion Association and evaluates how companies and public institutions utilize social media. The evaluation consists of quantitative assessment, external review, internal expert evaluation, and user evaluation. Among these, the user evaluation is determined through a national vote.
The county has prepared this voting verification event to raise awareness of the recently enhanced status of its official SNS channels. To participate, residents must select Gijang County on the voting website, cast their vote, capture the result screen, and submit it via the Google Form posted on Gijang County’s official SNS. Twenty participants will be selected by lottery to receive gift certificates.
Governor Jeong Jongbok stated, “The interest and support of our residents will be a great help in winning the Korea SNS Awards,” and added, “We ask for your active participation so that Gijang County can be recognized as the leading local government in the field of social media.”
