The participants stood holding placards with the message "Prostitution is a crime," helping to block the influx of buyers and promote a healthy local culture.
"Owl Activities" is an ongoing citizen participation campaign to eradicate prostitution, regularly held at key points in the red-light district. Through this process, Paju City is working to spread proper awareness about sexuality and accelerate the dismantling of the red-light district.
