Hollys Launches Three Fall Menu Items Featuring Persimmon and Omija
Featuring Local Specialties
Cheongdo Persimmon, Mungyeong Omija, and More in the Fall Menu
On August 27, Hollys announced the launch of three new fall season menu items made with seasonal ingredients.
The new products include Cheongdo Persimmon Smoothie, Mungyeong Omija Honey Pear Tea, and Sweet Potato Castella Cake. Each item features local specialties from regions such as Cheongdo, Mungyeong, and Naju.
The Cheongdo Persimmon Smoothie is made with persimmons from Cheongdo and topped with refreshing iced persimmon. The Mungyeong Omija Honey Pear Tea uses omija from Mungyeong and pears from Naju, and is a low-sugar menu item containing 1g or less of sugar per regular (R) size serving. The Sweet Potato Castella Cake layers sweet potato mousse and fresh cream on a castella sponge, with diced sweet potato between the layers for a richer sweet potato flavor. A separate honey sauce is also provided to drizzle on top of the cake.
