View original imageThe Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extension Services announced on the 25th that it will host a special exhibition and hands-on events under the theme "Jeonnam K-Coffee, to the World," as well as a national selection competition and academic presentations, at the Agriculture Art Hall of the "2025 International Agriculture Expo," which will be held from October 23 to 29.
This event is designed to spotlight the potential and competitiveness of Jeonnam K-Coffee and to foster the Jeonnam K-Coffee industry as a new future income source.
In particular, the event will showcase the growth stages and various varieties of coffee trees, fermented coffee, and diet jelly, highlighting the scientific approach and industrialization potential of Jeonnam K-Coffee.
At the hands-on event area, a variety of programs will be offered for visitors to participate in directly, including exhibitions on the growth stages and varieties of coffee trees, coffee seedling planting experiences, tastings of domestically produced coffee, and activities such as crafts using coffee grounds and coffee roasting experiences.
The "Jeonnam K-Coffee Brewing Championship," featuring renowned domestic baristas, will be held alongside the "International Coffee Symposium," which aims to facilitate information exchange between coffee growers and experts.
