Mayor Lee Urges Public Officials to Remain Vigilant
and Strengthen Emergency Response Systems During Eulji Exercise

View original imageOn the morning of the second day of the Eulji Exercise, after receiving a training situation report, Mayor Lee expressed his gratitude, saying, "I thank all public officials for their diligent participation in the Eulji Exercise." He also urged, "Let us work closely with relevant agencies such as the military, police, and fire departments to ensure that citizens can feel safe under any emergency situation."
During the initial situation report for the Eulji Exercise the previous day, Mayor Lee also told city officials, "Since this is a drill that assumes the occurrence of a national emergency, we must never be complacent and think that such a situation will not happen."

This year's Eulji Exercise involves a total of about 400 people from six local organizations, including Yongin City, the military, police, and fire departments, who are operating the wartime integrated situation room and other facilities.
