Man in His 20s Arrested for Indiscriminate Assault on Man in His 60s Asking for Directions at Beach: "Offended by Informal Language"
The Incheon Coast Guard announced on the 14th that it had arrested a man in his 20s, identified as A, and referred him to the prosecution on charges of assault causing injury, after he indiscriminately attacked a man in his 60s who was asking for directions at a beach.
A is accused of repeatedly punching the face of a man in his 60s, identified as B, who was asking for directions at the Hanagae Beach in Jung-gu, Incheon, at around 12:10 p.m. on the 16th of last month. B sustained injuries to his face and hands and has reportedly developed social anxiety as a result of the incident.
