Thinkware Continues Growth in Overseas Dashcam Business
Robot Vacuum Business on Track
First-Half Sales Reach KRW 280.9 Billion
Thinkware announced on August 14 that its consolidated sales for the first half of this year reached KRW 280.9 billion, a 26% increase compared to the same period last year. On a separate basis, sales amounted to KRW 90.4 billion, with an operating profit of KRW 2 billion.
A Thinkware representative stated, "The steady growth of our overseas dashcam business, the launch of new robot vacuum products, and the diversification of revenue sources for our map platform all contributed to strong performance in the first half." The representative further explained, "In particular, supply volume to BMW Global more than doubled compared to the same period last year, and as a result of intensified marketing for our robot vacuum products, we achieved the highest-ever sales for the first half." In addition, the map platform business also grew, supported by diversification of revenue sources and an increase in order volume.

Thinkware's dashcam business remains robust, having returned to profitability since 2024 alongside the growth of its overseas business. Expectations for continued growth are rising, driven by various catalysts such as record-breaking supply contracts and the low market penetration of domestic robot vacuum cleaners.
