The sessions will include trampoline jumping exercises, foam roller stretching, obesity prevention nutrition education, and individual nutrition counseling.
Trampoline jumping exercises help burn a high number of calories while reducing joint strain and activating core muscles. Foam roller stretching increases muscle flexibility and helps maintain proper posture, making it easy for adults who are not accustomed to exercise to participate.
The program is open to 25 participants. Citizens with a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or higher, or a waist circumference of 90cm or more for men and 85cm or more for women, are eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted to the Healthy Lifestyle Team at the Saemgol Health Center, Jeongeup City Public Health Center.
