IBK to Offer "Childbirth Celebration Voucher" to SME Employees
Welfare Points Worth 200,000 KRW per Newborn
Support for Up to 2,000 Babies
On August 12, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced that it will provide a "Childbirth Celebration Voucher" for employees of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
This voucher provides points worth 200,000 KRW per newborn, which can be used to purchase childbirth and childcare products. It is available to SME employees or their spouses who have given birth to a newborn this year. The total support amount is 400 million KRW, and vouchers will be provided for up to 2,000 newborns.
The voucher points can be used to purchase postpartum care and baby products at "Moduui Chukbok Sangjeom," a welfare mall exclusively for SME employees.
Applications must be submitted by companies through the "i-ONE JOB" website, IBK's dedicated recruitment platform for SMEs.

An IBK official stated, "The Childbirth Celebration Voucher was designed to congratulate SME employees on the birth of their children," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to improve the welfare of SME employees in the future."
