Jeonju City in North Jeolla Province is conducting a "Survey for Pet Policy Development" for its citizens until August 24.
According to the city on August 12, this survey was initiated to create an urban environment where people and pets can coexist harmoniously. The city plans to comprehensively gather citizens' real-life experiences and policy needs, and use the results in future policy development.
Through this survey, the city aims to achieve policy balance for coexistence by reflecting not only the opinions of pet owners but also the perceptions and suggestions of non-pet owners.
Citizens can participate in the survey by scanning the QR code or accessing the survey link provided in the promotional materials posted on the Jeonju City website.

Kang Segwon, Director of the Jeonju Agricultural Technology Center, stated, "As the number of households raising pets continues to increase, it is more important than ever to develop policies that reflect the diverse voices of our citizens." He added, "Through this survey, we will establish a policy foundation that aligns with citizens' expectations."
