[Weather] Daytime Highs Up to 33 Degrees... Rain in Southern Regions
Partly Cloudy Skies in Central Regions
On Tuesday, August 12, the central regions will see partly cloudy skies at times, while some areas in the southern regions and Jeju Island are expected to experience rain.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected precipitation is 5 to 40 millimeters in Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk; 5 to 40 millimeters in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk; and 5 to 20 millimeters in Jeju.
As of 5 a.m., the current temperatures in major regions are as follows: Seoul 23.8 degrees Celsius, Incheon 22.8 degrees, Suwon 21.8 degrees, Chuncheon 22.0 degrees, Gangneung 23.3 degrees, Cheongju 21.2 degrees, Daejeon 20.7 degrees, Jeonju 21.1 degrees, Gwangju 21.0 degrees, Jeju 24.8 degrees, Daegu 20.8 degrees, Busan 20.9 degrees, Ulsan 20.4 degrees, and Changwon 21.3 degrees.
The daytime high temperatures are expected to range from 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels across all regions, due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the effects of precipitation.

Wave heights are forecast to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea. In the offshore areas (up to about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea.
