Saemaeul Geumgo to Hire 221 New Employees in Second Half of the Year
Simultaneous Recruitment at 139 Branches Nationwide
Introduction of "Talent Pool" System for Interview Unsuccessful Candidates
The Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association will conduct its open recruitment for new employees in the second half of 2025. A total of 221 individuals will be selected from 139 Saemaeul Geumgo branches nationwide, and applications can be submitted through the official Saemaeul Geumgo website until August 20.
The recruitment process consists of three stages: document screening, a written examination, and interviews. The written exam will be held on September 6 at testing centers in 13 regions across the country. The exam includes a personality assessment and an evaluation of basic vocational competencies based on the National Competency Standards (NCS), enabling a comprehensive assessment of applicants' capabilities.
Interviews will take place at the branch chosen by the applicant. The interview panel will include external experts and will evaluate each candidate’s potential and job suitability. To ensure fairness, all interviewers are required to sign a pledge confirming that they have no special relationship, such as kinship, with any of the applicants.
Notably, a "New Employee Talent Pool" system will be implemented for those who are not selected in the final interview. These candidates will be automatically registered in the talent pool and will be given additional interview opportunities if positions become available at their chosen or neighboring branches before the regular recruitment in the first half of 2026. This system is seen as an institutional measure aimed at both securing outstanding talent and boosting applicant morale.
