Damyang County Announces Additional Recruitment for "Youth Policy Support Project" in August

Damyang County in South Jeolla Province (Governor Jung Chulwon) announced on August 10 that it will conduct an additional recruitment of participants for the "2025 Damyang County Youth Policy Support Project" throughout the month of August to help local youth settle down stably in the region.
There are three programs included in the additional recruitment: applications for the Youth Culture Welfare Card will be accepted until August 31, while applications for the Youth Hope Stepping Stone Savings Account Support and the Youth Employment Housing Support will be accepted from August 11 to August 22.
Applications can be submitted at the township or town offices corresponding to the applicant's address. For the Culture Welfare Card Support Program, online applications are also available through the Nonghyup Card website. Detailed information regarding eligibility, qualifications, and application forms for each program can be found in the notices section on the Damyang County website. The county plans to actively promote these programs throughout August via social media and township/town meetings to ensure that local youth do not miss the opportunity to apply.

Governor Jung Chulwon stated, "We are implementing various policies to help young people reduce their financial burdens and settle in the region," adding, "We will continue to develop practical support measures that young people can truly feel in the future."
