Jung Mina, CEO of the marketing specialist company Allison HyperM, has published "B2B Campaigns in One Night: A Practical Guide for Marketers to Become CROs in the Age of AI."
This new book is a sequel to last year's "B2B Marketing in One Night." It contains a hands-on manual specialized for executing real-world campaigns. While the first volume addressed strategy and direction with the survival question, "How many more years can our company stay in this business?", the second volume answers the practical question, "We have implemented CRM (Customer Relationship Management), so why aren't we gaining more customers?"
This book aims to help marketers grow from practitioners into Chief Revenue Officers (CROs). The CRO is responsible for overseeing both the marketing and sales departments and managing the company's overall revenue generation.
Jung emphasized, "In the age of AI, marketers must go beyond brand management and lead generation to directly contribute to revenue generation," adding, "AI does not replace marketers in the revenue generation process. Instead, it becomes a smart team member for marketers who have a solid foundation in B2B marketing campaigns."
Last year's "B2B Marketing in One Night (Strategy Edition)" established direction based on five survival questions such as "How many more years can our company stay in this business?" It also analyzed successful cases of global companies and suggested ways to apply them to the Korean market. The book was structured with 20 checklists across five key areas?strategy, content, channel, campaign, and performance measurement?to enable systematic diagnosis of the current situation.
