He also proposed the creation of the "Solaseado AI Energy Cluster" as a national hub for balanced development, utilizing the abundant renewable energy resources and vast land in the southwestern region of Jeonnam to concentrate advanced industries such as artificial intelligence (AI) and renewable energy, as well as education and residential infrastructure.
In addition, he explained the crisis faced by the Yeosu and Gwangyang industrial complexes due to global oversupply and strengthened carbon regulations, and requested the promotion of a national "Petrochemical and Steel Industry Transformation Mega Project" to convert these complexes into high value-added and eco-friendly industries.
He also requested that the "Second Space Center Construction Project," aimed at creating a world-class space industry cluster in Goheung, be adopted as a national agenda item and promoted as a national policy.
