On August 6, Samsung Electro-Mechanics announced that it has been listed on the FTSE4Good Index for 15 consecutive years since 2011. This marks the longest inclusion record in the domestic electronic components industry.
FTSE4Good is a specialized ESG evaluation index jointly created by the Financial Times and the London Stock Exchange in the United Kingdom. It assesses over 300 items in the areas of environment, society, and governance, and annually announces outstanding companies.

In addition, the company is working to strengthen supply chain competitiveness through various programs such as joint technology development with partners, support for co-prosperity funds, and the operation of a win-win academy, in order to foster a sustainable corporate ecosystem.
In the area of governance, Samsung Electro-Mechanics has maintained a ratio of female outside directors on its board at over 50%, and has appointed an outside director as the chair of the board, thereby enhancing the independence and transparency of board decision-making.
