Namdong-gu Incheon Establishes SME Exhibition and Sales Venue at Emart Traders Guwol Branch
Recruitment of Participating Companies Until the 18th of This Month
Namdong-gu, Incheon, has established a new exhibition and sales venue for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) products inside the Emart Traders Guwol branch, and is now recruiting companies to participate.
The exhibition and sales venue is a space where excellent products produced by local SMEs are introduced and sold to consumers, and it is scheduled to open inside the Emart Traders Guwol branch.
This initiative was promoted as one of the regional coexistence measures prepared during the negotiation process between Namdong-gu and Emart regarding the opening of a large-scale store. It aims to support the promotion and market expansion of local SMEs.

View original imageEligible companies are SMEs whose headquarters or production facilities are located in Namdong-gu. Product sales will be operated on a consignment basis, with a 20% commission charged on the sales amount.
Participating companies will be selected through an evaluation process. The evaluation criteria consist of document review (40 points), product evaluation (60 points), and additional points (10 points). Additional points will be given to companies owned by people with disabilities, women-owned businesses, (preliminary) social enterprises, and companies that have received awards from national institutions.
The application period runs until August 18, 2025. Detailed application instructions can be found on the Namdong-gu Office website. The exhibition and sales venue is scheduled to open next month, and will operate from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It will be closed on the second and fourth Sundays of every month.
