Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Hanul Nuclear Headquarters (Director Lee Seyong) held an entrance ceremony for the '2025 Welding Training Program for Local Residents' at the construction site of Shin Hanul Units 3·4 on the morning of August 4.

View original imageThe ceremony was attended by 15 trainees, Uljin County Governor Son Byeongbok, and officials from related departments (Nuclear Energy Division and Employment Policy Division), all of whom expressed their support for the successful completion of the training program.
Hanul Nuclear Headquarters organized this program to foster construction site-oriented skilled professionals and to provide high-quality jobs for local residents. The training will run for a total of 12 weeks, from August 4 to October 31.
Director Lee Seyong stated, "I hope the trainees will diligently acquire specialized skills and grow into talents who can make substantial contributions to the local community. We will thoroughly manage the program to ensure it is completed without any setbacks and leads smoothly to employment opportunities."
Governor Son Byeongbok responded, "I hope this excellent training program will become well established and lead to employment, and I will cooperate with Hanul Headquarters so that the trainees can faithfully fulfill their social roles in the local community."
