The participating students will receive intensive English immersion education for 13 nights and 14 days at the Jeonju University Star Center and dormitories. The program is conducted by native-speaking faculty members and English major students from the Jeonju University Foreign Language Education Center.

The training program consists of activities designed to encourage students to use English naturally in real-life situations. Major programs include student participation classes such as 'Teach the Teachers', 'Geography Day', 'Science Day', and 'Show & Tell Night', as well as team activities and English conversation during meals.

Todd Morris, director of the Jeonju University Foreign Language Education Center, said, "This training focuses on helping students develop an interest in English and build the confidence to use English freely in everyday life. I hope it will be a meaningful time for students to develop both self-directed learning and a sense of community."

Meanwhile, Jeonju University and the Buan Office of Education plan to continue collaborating on various programs to maximize the effects of the special educational development zone designation and to create a global educational environment, starting with this English experience training.
