Sangmyung University Successfully Completes Semiconductor Process Practical Training Program
Strengthening Employment Competencies through Practical, Field-Oriented Training
Sangmyung University Career Plus Center announced on August 5 that it had successfully conducted the 2025 Semiconductor Process Practical Training Program.
This program was organized as part of the Career Plus Center project led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Its objectives were to establish sustainable regional youth employment support governance and to strengthen the university's capacity to support the local community.
Held online from August 2 to August 3, this program featured current professionals from the semiconductor industry and authors of semiconductor process manuals as instructors. The program included a variety of lectures aimed at enhancing understanding of the semiconductor industry, analyzing industry trends, and developing the knowledge and job competencies required for semiconductor process positions.
